EuroMillions Superdraw Announced for 7th June
Updated: Monday 20th May 2019
The next EuroMillions Superdraw has been announced, and is set to take place on Friday 7th June 2019. Players across Europe will have the chance to win an inflated EuroMillions jackpot, which will be increased especially for the draw, irrespective of previous results or rollovers.
The latest Superdraw comes over four months after the last Superdraw, held on Friday 1st February. No one won the £105 million bumper EuroMillions jackpot on the day of the draw, but after five subsequent rollovers, one ticket holder in Ireland laid claim to £152 million.
What Is The EuroMillions Superdraw?
The EuroMillions Superdraw is a special kind of draw, which takes place when the EuroMillions Reserve Fund reaches a certain amount. The Reserve Fund - designated to fund increases in jackpots, non-jackpot prizes and Millionaire Maker prizes - receives money from the Common Prize Fund, which pays out prizes to winners, each EuroMillions draw. The amount of money given to the Reserve Fund increases from 4.8% per draw to 21% per draw if the jackpot has rolled over more than six times.
When enough money has been accumulated in the Reserve Fund, it is used to increase the prizes on offer for a special draw. If no one wins the jackpot in the Superdraw, it rolls over just like a normal EuroMillions jackpot - allowing even more players a chance to win the substantial prize.
The Superdraw jackpot, and any subsequent rollovers, are still subject to a jackpot cap, which prevents any jackpot exceeding €190 million (£162 million).
How Do I Play The Superdraw?
The Superdraw is just the same as any other EuroMillions draw, only with an inflated prize pool and the chance to win a much larger jackpot. Five main numbers from 1 to 50 are randomly selected, as well as two Lucky Star numbers from 1 to 12. Match all five main numbers and both Lucky Star numbers on the night of the draw to win the jackpot.
You can choose your own numbers, or opt for a Lucky Dip ticket to have numbers randomly chosen for you. Alternatively, you can use this number generator to make your own combinations. Our results database is updated moments after each draw has taken place; use our results checker straight after the 7th June Superdraw to see if you've won a prize.

How Can I Buy Tickets?
Tickets for the EuroMillions Superdraw can be purchased in just the same way as regular EuroMillions tickets. You can usually purchase tickets several weeks in advance of the draw taking place. You can also purchase entries online - with the added bonus of knowing your ticket is safe, secure and impossible to lose.
The first EuroMillions Superdraw event was held on the 9th February, 2007. A player from Belgium won the entire £66.9 million jackpot - £99.1 million in today's money. There have been 22 Superdraws so far; seven players have won the special jackpot on the night of the draw, with 17 players scooping up the prize after it had rolled over.
