Single Player Wins £180 Million EuroMillions Jackpot

A single EuroMillions ticket matched all the numbers on Tuesday 25th June, giving the lucky player a jackpot worth £180 million. The big winner came from Portugal.

It was the largest jackpot of the year and one of the biggest in EuroMillions history, following a rollover in the latest Superdraw on Friday 7th June and a few more draws without a winner. The numbers drawn were 14, 16, 37, 45 and 49, with Lucky Stars 5 and 7.

Along with the jackpot winner, there were more than 2.7 million prizes paid out in total, including 778,949 in the UK.

Check out the full draw details, showing you the number of UK winners in each category, plus the results of the Millionaire Maker.

If you’ve won a prize you can learn what you need to do to claim your money. The process is different depending on how much you are owed, and also whether you played online or in-store.

When is the next Superdraw?

Superdraws take place every few months, creating big jackpots on a regular basis. The top prize can then keep climbing if nobody wins, potentially up to the EuroMillions maximum of €250 million (around £212 million).

The date of the next Superdraw has yet to be announced, but it is unlikely that lottery fans will have to wait too long. There has been one in September in each of the last four years, so a big event early in the autumn is a possibility.

As soon as all the National Lottery operators involved in EuroMillions agree on when the next Superdraw is to be held, it will be reported on Lottery.co.uk.

In the meantime, the jackpot for the next draw will drop down to its starting value of £14 million. You can choose your numbers online or go to an authorised retailer to take part.
