Two Special EuroMillions Events Lined Up
Updated: Wednesday 26th October 2022
It promises to be a blockbuster month for EuroMillions players, with the jackpot powering past £100 million and two big events set to take place. Find out more about the special draws coming up in November and December.
Millionaire Maker To Create 20 Millionaires
The first special event will happen on Friday 4th November, and will feature a UK Millionaire Maker draw with 20 winners instead of the usual one.
You don’t need to do anything differently to take part. Just make sure to check your raffle codes carefully after the draw. If you match one of the winning codes in full, you will become £1 million richer.
There are no prizes for matching part of a MIllionaire Maker code. You need to get all nine characters in exactly the right order. The odds of winning are far better than the odds of winning the EuroMillions jackpot, though, and on 4th November you will have 19 more chances to win than in a regular draw.
It’s also possible to win both EuroMillions and Millionaire Maker prizes on the same night. If you do win, make sure to come forward and claim any prizes within 180 days.
Superdraw Date Announced
The next EuroMillions Superdraw will be held on Friday 2nd December, giving players in the UK and the rest of Europe a chance to land a jackpot of €130 million (around £112 million).
The UK can boast a successful record in Superdraws so far this year. In the first one, back in February, a single participant won the jackpot on the night. After the second Superdraw jackpot rolled over in June, a UK player eventually landed a record-breaking £195 million on 19th July. Another UK ticket holder pocketed £171 million two weeks after the most recent Superdraw in September.
No Superdraw had ever been scheduled for December until last year, and the big event sets up the prospect of a huge win in the lead-up to Christmas or the New Year. It is possible the jackpot could even top £200 million for the first time.
Jackpot Already Tops £100 MIllion
The EuroMillions jackpot is already worth more than £100 million following a run of rollovers over the past month. It is the sixth time since the start of 2022 that the top prize has reached nine figures.
You need to match all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win the jackpot. You can take part online or by visiting an authorised retailer.
