A magnificent Lotto jackpot of £15.1 million sparked excitement from players across the UK ahead of last night’s draw, and one lucky player matched all six main numbers to win the lot and set themselves up for life.

The winning numbers for Wednesday 12th April were 3, 16, 34, 42, 49 and 52, with Bonus Ball 50.
