Celebrations are in order for the owner of one extremely lucky ticket which matched all six main numbers in Saturday 18 March's Lotto draw. The jackpot had rolled over in each of the previous seven draws, so the final value of the top prize that was finally landed was a colossal £19,132,964.

The Lotto numbers which led to the jackpot win were 03, 08, 19, 26, 37 and 41, and the Bonus Ball number was 43. It is not yet known who the owner of the jackpot-winning ticket is, or even if they have made their claim, so we will have to wait and see if more information comes to light or if the winner chooses to remain anonymous. We will, of course, bring you more news on the winner as and when it becomes available.

In the meantime, the jackpot wasn’t the only prize up for grabs in the Saturday night Lotto game by any means, so there are plenty of other players who have cause to celebrate. More than 1.6 million participants won a prize of some sort in the main game, 20 players won £20,000 each in the associated Lotto Raffle game, and one player won £1 million by matching the Lotto Millionaire Raffle number, which was LIME 1084 7228. Now that the Lotto game has delivered its multi-rollover jackpot, the top prize has been reset, and the next draw this Wednesday 22 March will be worth an estimated £1.9 million. That might sound a lot less than the £19 million which has just been won, but the game is likely to attract fewer players as a result, and that should make it easier for participants to win one of the Lotto Raffle prizes, including the Lotto Millionaire Raffle prize of £1 million.

Before we get to that game, the EuroMillions draw on Tuesday 21 March will offer a rollover jackpot worth around £21 million. In addition, two players in the UK will each win £1 million in the associated Millionaire Maker draw, so be sure to get involved if you fancy your chances of becoming the next big winner.
