Single Player Wins £111 Million Superdraw Jackpot
Updated: Saturday 16th March 2024
A EuroMillions player has pocketed an enormous jackpot worth £111 million after matching all the numbers in the latest draw on Friday 15th March. The winning ticket was sold in Spain.
The winning numbers were 1, 4, 31, 34 and 40, with Lucky Stars 4 and 5. It was a great night for all the ticket holders who picked up significant prizes, but the nine-figure jackpot will be enjoyed by a single participant.
Friday’s draw was a Super Jackpot event - the second of the year - which meant that the top prize was boosted to a guaranteed €130 million. This was then converted to the equivalent value in pounds just before the draw took place in case of a UK winner.
In the end the big money went to Spain, although two UK players became £300,190 richer after matching all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars. Check out all the draw details.
These UK winners now have 180 days to come forward and claim their prize. It may be that they decide to go public, like the Nuttalls from Lancashire, who landed half of a £123 million jackpot at the end of January.
Superdraws often lay the platform for the game’s biggest wins, as they raise the jackpot to more than £100 million without any rollovers being required. The jackpot can then grow from there, potentially up to €250 million.
The EuroMillions jackpot will now reset to £14 million for the next draw, and you can catch up with the winning numbers every Tuesday and Friday.
